Have your child wear Fibby UV clothing as much as possible. Apply SPF 30 or higher on uncovered areas, such as face and hands, every two hours for full protection.
How do I protect my Fibby UV clothing from chlorine?
Showering before swimming reduces the absorption of chlorine and other chemicals by your UV clothing.
How do I best wash and dry my Fibby UV clothing?
Rinse after swimming with cold water, hand wash, and let it dry in the shade. Avoid wringing, using a dryer, and metal hangers.
How do I prevent discoloration of my Fibby UV clothing?
Discoloration can occur from chlorine, sun, and salt water. Apply sunscreen before putting it on and avoid contact with the fabric when reapplying.
How do I prevent damage to my Fibby UV clothing?
Be careful with rough surfaces such as concrete and slides to prevent damage. Let sand dry and then gently remove it from the fabric.
